I am now officially claiming this blog: DELETED! I want to keep it for old time's sake and just because I've had it for a while so I'm just saying. E-mail me at kermittyluver2@hotmail.com if you would like my blog page URL and I might be nice enough to actually delete it and let you use the name. Bye for now!

A bit sad,

2008 Olympics!

Omg, that's all I have to say about this year's Olympic Opening Ceremony. The Chinese definitely beat all other opening ceremonies by far. It was just spectacular. Like for each performance or section of it, when you just think it can't get any better, IT DOES!! There were numerous events like this, I'll list them.

Drum Lights-
You see this cool light-show thin from above, and then, when the camera zooms in, you see men controlling the lights by hitting the drums. Then, they "write" a countdown in the lights, Chinese characters on a top section, numbers on the bottom section.

Paint Dancing-
You see a few talented dancers weave their bodies around a blank mat and dance, then when you look closer and the camera looks down on it, you see a painting by the dancers. The dancers paint a picture while dancing.

Block Waves-
Ok, so there's these blocks that move up and down. They start making cool designs by like going up and down, making waves and like waving in and out. So you think it's these cool blocks computerized to move a certain way making those cool patterns.
Wrong. At the end of the performance, you see numerous men peek out of the boxes. The blocks were controlled by people. Amazing.

Tai Chi-
Tai Chi masters perform Tai Chi, all synchronized. Then they do a whole bunch of other cool things, and they make a perfect circle. Also, there aren't any markings, they are formed in a perfect circle by themselves, no markings or anything. Te he.

Well, there was ALOT more stuff that was absolutely amazing, but those were the ones I really remembered and felt like sharing.

Mighty B, Mighty B!

I have a new fave show. Not my only favorite, but one of my favorites. The Mighty B!! Yes, it may be retarded and stupid, but it's kick-ass funny. It's is on Nickelodeon, every Saturday at 10:30/9:30 c. I don't really know any other times. I've been trying to find other show times but I just CAN'T!! If you know any other times, please tell me, thanks. The only time I've seen it besides on Saturday, was during the 5 @ 5 thing. It's funny, clever, and stupid at the same time, lol.

Also, my friend and I decided to start our own version of a Honey Bee. We're trying to record all the badges and their requirements, if you have some cool recording system or On Demand and can watch all the episodes with badges in them, and list as much info as you can, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks Anyone Who Does It!,

Back to Our Old Winged Friends

Well, it's been long since I actually blogged about Maximum Ride so I will now. As I've already said before, I didn't particularly enjoy the fifth Maximum Ride :(. What are your guys' opinion?? I know this is a bit late to ask since it's been out for a while, but... You know what, I'm gunna put a poll out and see. I just got that idea. Well, if you have a personal review comment it.

I think the fifth was too much about Global Warming, I know it's important, and I am certainly an Earth person. My mom is all about the environment, we recycle, we use canvas bags, yada yada yada, the whole kit and kaboodle. But it was a bit much and too focused on that. It was a good idea for James Patterson to try to get the message out, but it just ruined the book. There was no action!! No fights, no Whitecoats trying to kill them, no erasers, no flyboys, NOTHING!! Except that Uber-Director, but that's irrelevant. So, vote in my poll and post your review if you'd like.

Icons & Avatars

Hey, just thought I should share a few icons and avatar with you peeps. I made all of these, no copying whatsoever. Except the Lion and Lamb one, but I'm not really copying, because I'm acknowledging that it's from a book (Twilight).

I know, the picture is kind of blurry. I did it on paint and in paint the colors mesh, so...

I edited this on paint to take the words out, I guess the color mesh is good for this editing job.

He he he, I like it.

I edited this on paint, I didn't make the teeth, but the blood and heart.

Sweeney Todd

Well, during last weekend I saw Sweeney Todd (the movie). It was very gory but I loved it! The songs are awesome (even though they were already written), the actors are stars so they didn't totally make the movie crappy, and Tim Burton's touch was the cherry on top. If you think of that movie as a sundae, it would be one yuuummy sundae. I already put almost all the songs on my iPod and the songs are like addicting! Well, until my next drawn out post...

Goodbye,

....

Hey, I haven't posted in what seems like.... FOREVER. I think I'm gunna talk about different books since the last Maximum Ride was a bit of a disappointment, and the next isn't coming out for a looooong time. So far I've kind of talked about the Twilight Saga. I am now reading Inkheart and House, and I finished Swindle a few days ago.

I'm a few chapters into Inkheart and about 130 pages into House. Swindle is more of a children's book. Inkheart is like a 11-whatever age you want. And House is more of a Young Adult, kind of like in the Twilight area. I haven't read it all but my friend who I'm borrowing it from says it's really violent, and so far it isn't much of a kids' book.

Yeah, I have a really long list of books I want to read. I actually should be reading right now, but no, I am undesirably addicted to going on the computer.

Movies

Maximum Ride
Bad News :'(. If you frequently check the Flock's blog, you'd know that Fang said the movie isn't coming out until 2010ish! I mean seriously! That's seriously a long time! You can go check it now, it's so depressing, lol: http://maximumride.blogspot.com
And if you want to get that link on the post for Avi Arad, click this: http://imdb.com/com/name/nm00326896.

Twilight
This one actually isn't too bad, unlike Maximum Ride. Well maybe it was bad compared to the book, and for people who read it around the time it came out. But for me, it's fine. It's coming out December 12, 2008 ^-^. The real thing I seriously can't wait for is Breaking Dawn, and maybe Midnight Sun.
If you have no idea what I'm talking about since this blog is more about Maximum Ride, then here, I'll explain. Breaking Dawn is the fourth book in the Twilight Saga; and Midnight Sun is like the first book, but as first person as someone else, a different main character: Edward, Bella's lover. And if you still don't know what I'm talking about, you probably don't care and haven't read the books yet. So whatever.

Impatiently Awaiting Three Epic Things,
*-Accey-*
